This unique coffee from Carmo De Minas, Brazil offers a delightful departure from the typical nutty/chocolatey profile. Through anaerobic fermentation with yeast, the coffee was transformed followed by careful sun-drying and a 30-day resting period, the beans were milled. The result is a coffee that boast vibrant, fruity flavors accompanied by an intense sweetness rarely found in the region. This coffee is rare & very extraordinary.
