This coffee comes to us from a very small experimental lot. Picked when ultra ripe, this coffee is then dried on a patio for 8 to 10 days like a natural then sent to tanks where it’s rehydrated for 24 hours. Once rehydrated the coffee is pulped & then dried for 25+ days on raised beds much like a honey processed coffee. We’re stoked to have a bag of it to share with you!
