Ok so I’m no coffee aficionado but I’d like to think in my 33 years I know a good coffee. T H I S right here taste like everything it says it does. Never in my life have I felt I actually could taste the flavors of the bean so distinctly until this! I mean sooo good we ran out super fast. My husband thought he could pull a sly move by being so nice and making me a coffee with the beans we normally use from that green place with the mermaid…. I wasn’t able to drink it, i missed this roast so much! So I instantly ordered more and more flavors to try. Here’s to yummy coffee and a forever costumer!

This is such a balanced coffee. This makes an amazing espresso and pour-over. I think this pretty much nails that balance between the brightness and nuance of third-wave coffee, but remains grounded by it’s deep richness and chocolaty profile. The brightness of the fruitiness and deeper chocolate really balance out nicely in a natural process coffee that isn’t as funky or wild as many others. This is really solid and grounded. I like this one a lot, glad it’s become a long standing staple.
