This is hands down one of the most unique coffees we’ve ever offered thanks to an experimental process called Osmotic Dehydration which was pioneered by Colombian producer Juan David who went all out for this microlot by infusing blackberries into the processing solution. When brewed you’ll enjoy well balanced fruit forward notes thanks to this distinctive process – we only have a small stash of this one, grab a bag before it’s gone.
