This coffee stood out to us because of the prominent citrus notes, immediately hit with notes of lime and cranberry you are in for a unique coffee experience. Thanks to the meticulous sorting process used, the quality of this coffee is off the charts. This coffee is a triple washed process which means it is fully washed after floating, pulping and fermenting for 72 hours. Soaked in clean water for 16-24 hours then dried on raised beds under shade then moved to the sun.
