Wow. This coffee is absolutely outstanding, coming from one of the best growing regions in Kenya it’s smooth body and savory notes of tomato will absolutely blow you away. The process used is a triple washed process which means it is fully washed after floating, pulping and fermenting for 72 hours. Soaked in clean water for 16-24 hours then dried on raised beds under shade then moved to the sun.
