This natural process red bourbon is grown by the Mierisch family in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. The family, led by Dr. Edwin Mierisch Sr. aka Doc Mierisch, maintains a tight chain of process and quality control on their coffees from seed to post harvest production at their dry mill, Don Esteban. The farm, Finca La Huella is a like a wild botanical garden, the property sits in a misty cool valley.
