Coming to us from The Kindeng Coffee Estate, these producers are located in the Waghi Valley of the Jiwaka Province in Papua New Guinea at about 1600 MASL (5,000′ above sea level). This coffee is shade grown in volcanic soil. After harvest, this coffee utilizes a washed process, is sun-dried & carefully conditioned for 21 days to equalize moisture.
